¿How can I Pay?

We accept various forms of payment, Paypal, Debit Card y Credit Card,  Bank Transfer, Cash on Delivery with previous agreement, 

¿How do I receive my order?

We delivery by courier or standard UK postal service across the UK, Postage is per order and will depend on the size of the order, postage is calculated during the check out stage .

¿When will I receive my order?

We endeavor to ship orders within 48 hours of receiving payment online, this enables us to process each order. Depending on the type of postage requested orders and normally received between 3-5 working days within mainland UK.

We cannot be held responsible for delay in postage or shipping once the order has been dispatched. Tracking numbers are provided for special delivery service.

¿Will my product be identical to how it is seen on online?

We produce the printing in high quality color and should be identical to what is seen online .

¿Do you offer a discount for high volume or repeat customers?

Can I place a special order different from the one offered online?

We offer a complete internal design service and we can design everything you need in many cases for the design of standard work there is no additional cost; however, the design and professionalization of specific requirement will accrue a charge. I did not like the product, can I get a refund? 

All our products are manufactured to the specifications and online descriptions of the highest quality control. Each customer is sent a product proof prior to final printing and before shipment is made based on the information provided and details and consent of the customer. Products cannot be modified or returned for any reason unless there are spelling errors, obvious error in the quality of the product on our part. If you have a problem with any product and obviously it is due to an erros on our part, we will replace the affected product at our cost. 

My order has an error, What can I do about it? 

No claims will be accepted after 1 week of your order being delivered. We do not re-print orders due to errors due to last minute changes, we will always try to ensure the product is 100% as required by the customer by sending proofs for acceptance prior to going to final print. Once this has been accepted it is sent to the production queue and cannot be changed.

In the event that the return of payment of a product is requested, it will only proceed if it is verified that the product shows a clear defect, but not due to errors in the application of the same. It is therefore important of carefully read the application instructions as well as the restrictions on use on the description page of the products.
